Perlast® G74S is a white perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) that offers universal chemical resistance combined with high temperature capability up to +260°C (500°F). This material is also compliant with the following industry standards:-

- USP Class VI (chapters 87 & 88)
- 3A 18-03 Sanitary Standard (class I)
- EC1935/2004 and EC2023/2006
Perlast® G74S is resistant to steam, amines and solvents, making it ideal for withstanding SIP and CIP cleaning regimes. The unique cross-linking system employed in Perlast® grades ensures compatibility with virtually all chemicals. This enables users to rationalize onto a single material grade across all applications.
Perlast® perfluoroelastomer components are available as fully molded O-rings, sanitary gaskets, hygienic pipe connectors and custom designed seals.

Perlast® (FFKM) Sanitary Gaskets and Hygienic Connector Seals
PPE offers Perlast® G74S perfluoroelastomer sanitary gaskets for pipe couplings in a range of sizes and profiles, including HyClamp™ gaskets, DIN11864 and RJT O-rings, DIN11851 D-seals, IDF seals and SMS seals. Perlast® G74S is the ideal replacement for troublesome PTFE gaskets that provide poor sealing performance in the most aggressive chemical environments.
