Metal End Cap Seals
Designed for high pressure casing and tubing applications, our metal end cap seals are custom engineered elastomer-to-metal seals that provide maximum extrusion resistance in wellhead sealing environments.
Corrosion resistant, chemically-bonded metal end caps provide metal-to-metal sealing, while the high performance elastomer energizes the system, maintaining flexibility and sealing integrity against sub-optimal tubing surface finishes.
PPE can manufacture these seals in a range of sections, sizes and materials. Many elastomers are accredited to standards including NORSOK, API and Total. Custom designed seals can be manufactured to fit existing tube sizes and specific wellhead sealing environments.
