IDF Gaskets
PPE manufactures hygienic connector gaskets for use in IDF (International Dairy Federation) pipe fittings.
PPE manufactures a range of hygienic connectors to fit aseptic pipe couplings, including HyClamp sanitary gaskets, RJT O-rings, DIN 11864 O-rings, DIN 11851 D-seals, and SMS seals.
The range includes BS 4825-4 Type A and Type B profiles, plus ISO 2853 sizes which are similar to the Type B.

Materials for IDF Gaskets
IDF gasket seals are available in EPDM and FKM standard grades.
There are also metal-detectable grades available with our Detectaseal® range, providing exceptional sealing performance with extra consideration for consumer safety.
Grades are certified to FDA and 3-A Sanitary Standards.
