Detectaseal® is the latest advance in metal detectable elastomers, for contamination detection and containment.
PPE’s range of metal and X-ray detectable elastomer compounds has been designed specifically to meet the stringent demands of the pharmaceutical and food processing industries.
The Detectaseal® range includes FDA compliant grades of EPDM, Nitrile and Silicone compounds. The silicone grades also have USP Class VI certification.
All materials in the Detectaseal® range conform to EU regulations EC1935/2004 and EC2023/2006, and are also free from animal-derived ingredients (ADI-free).
Available in blue and black, Detectaseal® O-rings have been tested and proven in use at leading pharmaceutical and food manufacturing facilities.

Detectaseal® can be manufactured into standard and custom-sized O-rings in a wide range of diameters, cross-sections, and volumes.

HyClamp™ hygienic gasket seals are designed to meet the needs of pipe couplings in food, beverage and pharmaceutical process lines.
They deliver optimal chemical resistance to satisfy the requirements of aseptic conditions, CIP (clean-in-place) and SIP (sterilization-in-place) processes. HyClamp™ sanitary gaskets provide excellent long-term sealing performance, extending planned maintenance intervals and minimizing downtime.
