HyClamp gaskets are available in lipped and unlipped versions (depending on the industry standard selected). Lipped gaskets are commonly known as ‘flanged’, ‘type II’ or ‘type A’ and unlipped gaskets are sometimes referred to as ‘type I’ or ‘type B’.
Lipped gaskets are more commonly used when frequent disassembly is required due to ease of installation.
Mini clamp gaskets are only available unlipped.
