Many have specific approvals and compliances (ie. FDA, FCN, USP & 3-A), and combined with over 12,000 mould tools, PPE can offer over 4 million different sealing solutions. What’s more, we are constantly adding new moulds and new materials to our range.

All our tooling is designed and manufactured in-house using the latest CAD and CNC machine techniques. We hold a comprehensive range of standard O-ring moulds to BS1806, BS4518 and AS4716. For non-standard sizes we can produce bespoke tooling very quickly (92% of O-Ring tools are produced same day) providing cost effective solutions and a responsive service.
