Precision Polymer Engineering has supplied high performance O-ring seals and custom mouldings into the oilfield industry for over 25 years.

Our specialist grades of elastomer are specifically tailored to meet the challenges of the most inhospitable operating environments in the world including explosive decompression, sour gas, extreme temperatures and aggressive chemicals.

PPE have experience sealing in high temperature, high pressure environments, as seen when ultra-deep water drilling to 30,000 PSI and 500°F. We supply into a wide range of applications, including safety critical rubber/metal bonded blow-out preventor seals, low friction sampling cylinder seals and fully moulded O-rings, up to 2 metres in diameter for use on pipe couplings and large pumps.
