PPE's flexibility provides Distributors with a number of advantages.

The combination of in-house tooling, 370+ elastomers and rapid production, means that non-standard O-rings can be supplied just as easily as BS/AS standard sizes – with lead times starting from 5 working days!

Tooling – no tool costs for any O-ring below 220mm ID, and with more than 15,000 tools already manufactured, there is a good chance we already have a tool for sizes above 220mm!

Materials – our range is broader than any other manufacturer.
For example we have more than 40 different nitriles including coloured versions, FDA extraction tested compounds; plus more than 50 different FKMs including Viton® GF, GLT, GFLT, copolymers, terpolymers and tetrapolymers; as well as many grades of other elastomer families such as Aflas®, EPDM, chloroprene, polyurethane, butyl, HNBR, silicone, fluorosilicone and more!

Perlast® Perfluoroelastomer – Perlast® combines the chemical resistance of PTFE with the mechanical sealing performance of FKM. Most grades, including the specialist compounds, are available in hardnesses from 50 to 90, and can be manufactured in custom parts as well as standard and non-standard O-rings.

Manufacture to order – our in-house tooling enables us to supply O-rings in any size, from micro sizes (eg 0.9mm x 0.9mm) up to 2000mm ID, in increments of 0.01mm.
