Elastomer O-rings

With a specialist elastomer for every sealing application, our engineers can identify an elastomer O-ring to perform perfectly in your operating environment.

Custom Rubber Seals

PPE designs and manufactures custom molded rubber parts and bespoke engineered components in infinite shapes and profiles to meet any sealing requirements.

X-Rings / Quad Rings

X-rings offer an alternative sealing solution to O-rings for a wide range of reciprocating or rotary applications, especially under lower pressures and temperatures.

D-rings

D-rings prevent twisting, rolling and spiral failure often seen when O-rings are used in reciprocating applications; available in standard O-ring sizes and custom sizes.

T-Seals

T-seals comprise of an elastomer T-shaped cross section and two backup rings, offering an excellent sealing solution for static or dynamic applications.

L-seals

An elastomer L-shaped cross section using a single backup ring for use in static or dynamic, single direction pressure applications, where high gland fill may be a concern with T-seals.

Spring Seals

For applications where large clearance gaps or bi-directional pressures are a factor, consider the effectiveness and strength of a PPE spring seal.

Cap Seals

Cap seals (wet seals) offer low friction sealing for dynamic reciprocating applications, available in either heavy duty or low profile cap designs.

Wiper Seals - Scraper Seals

Wiper seals (scraper seals) provide a physical barrier to limit the ingress of moisture, dirt and other contaminants from piston rods used in hydraulic systems into the primary sealing system.

Lip Seals

Energized lip seals provide a versatile sealing system for uni-directional pressure applications in either static or reciprocating dynamic conditions, in rod or piston grooves.

Chevron Stacks

Also known as V-packing (vee packing), chevron stack sets are multi-lip packings which are especially suited to mechanically-challenging conditions.

Hygienic Gaskets & Seals

PPE's hygienic gaskets and seals are available in EPDM, NBR, Silicone (VMQ), FKM and FFKM elastomer grades that are compliant with FDA, USP Class VI and 3-A standards.

KF - ISO - NW Flange Fittings (Centering Rings)

NW, KF and ISO size centering ring flange fittings provide reliable vacuum seals within critical semiconductor environments.

End-effector Pads
