PERLAST® ICE offers a unique combination of excellent chemical resistance and low temperature performance. This perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) material has been specifically developed to perform under extreme conditions, in temperatures as low as -46°C (-51°F) or lower.
PPE has experience sealing in high temperature, high pressure environments, as seen when ultra-deep water HP/HT drilling to 30,000 PSI and 500°F. We supply into a wide range of applications including oil tools, safety critical rubber/metal bonded blow-out preventor seals and fully molded O-rings, up to 2.5 metres (8ft) in diameter for use in pipe couplings, valves, compressors and large pumps. PPE also manufactures CNC machined components in a variety of sealing profiles from an extensive range of elastomers, PTFE and PEEK.
